Gregory Analytics plans to publish industry financial health research on a regular schedule, so that the figures can be followed over time and used by journalists, lenders, accountants and owners.
What we plan to publish
- A quarterly update of the Gregory Analytics UK Business Financial Health Index. The 18 industry pages refreshed, with a short note on what moved and why.
- An annual review. The full year across all industries, with the change against 2015 and the sectors that moved most.
- Short notes on a single question. For example, short-term cover in construction, or cash in hospitality. Each uses the same definitions as the Index.
- Calculator insights. Once enough anonymous submissions have accumulated, aggregate comparisons of how owners' own figures compare with the industry.
How we publish
- Every release uses the published definitions.
- Every release shows when it was last updated.
- Corrections are marked on the page.
- Charts can be downloaded and used with attribution to Gregory Analytics.
