I do not give personal financial planning, investment or pensions advice. I am not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. I do not arrange loans or investments, and I take no commission or referral fees from lenders, investors or advisers.
Simon Gregory is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds an ICAEW practising certificate; you can check this on ICAEW's Find a Chartered Accountant directory. He is subject to the ICAEW Code of Ethics.
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, my professional indemnity insurer is Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, of 22 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4BQ. The territorial coverage is worldwide, excluding claims brought in the USA and Canada.
Complaints: if you are unhappy with my service, please email me first and I will give you a full reply within 28 days. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to complain to ICAEW.
Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work starts, and invoiced when the final version is ready, payable within 7 days. Final files are released on payment. Terms of business are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
